AGREEMENT

You are strictly prohibited from allowing anyone else to use your username or password. All activities originating from your account will be your responsibility, regardless of whether you were aware of them. Automated means to access the site are not permitted.

We reserve the right to amend, change, or modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. By using and continuing to use the service from www.erionhkphotography.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you are purchasing the service on behalf of a licensee (“Licensee”), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of the Licensee and have full authority to bind the Licensee to this Agreement. Failure of the Licensee to abide by this Agreement will render you personally and fully liable on a joint and several basis.

Your agreement with us includes this Agreement, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, collectively referred to as the “Agreements”.

a) www.erionhkphotography.com represents that it either owns all rights to the Service or is authorized to license the Service under this Agreement. The copyright and all other rights of the Service shall remain with www.erionhkphotography.com and its respective suppliers.

b) The Service is provided on an “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis. www.erionhkphotography.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

(i) www.erionhkphotography.com makes no representation or warranty that Your use of the Service will not infringe or violate the trademark rights of any third party.

(ii) You should seek competent counsel before using the Service for any commercial purposes.

LICENSEE REPRESENTATION

You represent and warrant that:

a) You are of legal age and have the right to enter into this Agreement.

b) You will not use the Service in any way not permitted by this Agreement.

c) Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

d) Information provided to www.erionhkphotography.com is accurate and true.

e) Any account(s) opened or maintained by you will only be accessed and used by you as stipulated in this Agreement.

USER ACCOUNT ONLY

a) This Agreement allows the creation and registration of a single user account and multi-seat account. You may not disclose your username or password to anyone else.

b) The Basic plan authorizes one natural person to access and use the account.

USE OF END PRODUCT

a) You agree not to create an End Product that may cause harm, violate laws, or contain unlawful content.

b) You promise that any user content uploaded by you does not violate the Agreements or the rights of others.

c) We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user content at our sole discretion.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

a) Different license terms may apply to Resources sourced from a third party.

b) Resources must be used according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

c) You may not activate the “right-click” function in the Resources or remove any metadata.

d) No ownership or copyrights to the End Product are granted to you.
